1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vertex Flow ("we", "us", or "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to both businesses using the workspace and clients accessing the client portal.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Businesses are responsible for the access keys they issue to clients and for ensuring only authorised clients receive portal access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. New workspaces receive a trial period that does not require a credit card. After the trial, your selected plan is charged automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vertex Flow to store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to send unsolicited communications, or to attempt to disrupt or access data that does not belong to your workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the files, messages, and project data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the platform for you and your clients. We do not sell your data.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends and your data may be removed.
